Narita Airport Limousine Bus Guide — Routes, Booking & Tips (2026)
How to book and ride the Narita Airport Limousine Bus. Routes, fares, travel times, and real tips from 3+ rides between Tokyo and Narita.
Narita Airport Limousine Bus — The Easiest Way From Tokyo to the Airport
The Narita Airport Limousine Bus connects major areas in central Tokyo with Narita International Airport in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. Stops include Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Tokyo Station, Ikebukuro, Asakusa, Disneyland, and Odaiba — so there's likely a stop near your hotel.

I've taken this bus 3+ times across multiple Tokyo trips. For getting from the airport to the city, I use the Skyliner. But for getting back to the airport, the limousine bus is far more convenient. No dragging luggage through subway transfers — just board at a stop near your hotel and ride directly to the terminal.
Key Info
Limousine Bus vs Skyliner vs NEX
Three main options from central Tokyo to Narita Airport:
Limousine Bus:
Skyliner:
Narita Express (NEX):
My go-to combination: Skyliner from airport to city, limousine bus from city back to airport. Arrival time from flights is unpredictable, but departure day timing is in your control.
How to Book
Pre-booking on Klook is the easiest option. Walk-up boarding exists but is cash-only with no seat guarantee. I've seen tourists turned away because they had no cash.

How to Board
Look for the orange limousine bus sign at your stop. The bus arrives on schedule, and the driver gets out to load luggage — sorted by terminal.

Ticket check varies by stop. Sometimes they check when you board, sometimes a staff member boards at the last stop (like Tokyo Station) and scans everyone's QR codes at once. Either way, just show your screenshot.

Narita Airport stops go: Terminal 3 → Terminal 2 → Terminal 1. Tell the driver your terminal when boarding.
